Job Description

Cox Bros is nowhiringfriendly and motivated Shift Leaders for our busy restaurant. Pay rates start at up to $14.00 per hour depending on your experience. Restaurant Shift Leaders act as Supervisors to lead shifts and will work alongside team members with the ultimate goal ofprovidingguests with great dining experiences. Supervisors must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties. On-the-jobtraining and opportunities for advancement are provided!

Qualifications

Requirements for restaurant hourly supervisors – shift leaders:

  • One year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required
  • Desire to lead by example and work in a team environment
  • Natural, professional demeanor andleadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check if you’re 18 or older

We are looking for utility-experienced, highly motivated individuals willing to perform at and hold others to high standards of safety, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Training installers in proper safety and installation processes.Making daily work assignments to installers.Transferring new meter inventory to installers; supervising end of day meter inventory drop off process.Resolving problem tickets in a timely, prescribed manner, including escalations to customer.Performing the required safety inspections, tailboard sessions prior to work and in the field, as well as ensuring project resources follow the required safety practices and installation processes.Evaluating installer performance and ensuring required productivity is being achieved.Meeting deployment schedule.Achieving standards of safety, productivity, and quality of work.Mentoring and guiding installation crews, achieving low employee turnover and high morale.Qualifications:High School Diploma plus related electrical-utility AND supervisory experience required.
