What You Will Do

Initiates the process to verify all visits rejected by the Scheduling system, for proper payroll and billing.

Assists in the identification of patterns of HHA lateness and EVV non-compliance.

Follows procedures to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness of the unit. Provides feedback to management regarding opportunities to improve workflows.

Works with supervisors to resolve discrepancies on reports.

Calls client and or aides to verify work and hours.

Processes aide’s task code sheets.

Assists supervisors/unit to call aides/clients regarding emergencies or events such as storms or holidays to confirm availability to work.

Refers required scheduling changes to the HHA supervisor who ensures schedules are updated accordingly.

Refers calls from aides or clients regarding messages, call offs, vacation, doctor’s appointment, or payroll issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Provides weekend and holiday coverage for the call center.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEducation:

High School Diploma or equivalency required

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Work Experience:

Minimum of two years administrative work experience required

Experience in customer service preferred

Strong organizational/administrative skills required

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities required

Computer system experience preferred
