USD70,000-USD85,000The Senior Recruitment Consultant will:Manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
Conduct both video and face to face meetings with clients, negotiating commercial terms
Manage recruitment processes from interview through offer stage
Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
Be responsible developing new business opportunities, identifying recruitment targets and selling solutions to clients
Have an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposals

Experience of negotiating would be an advantage
