Old Chicago is seeking an Assistant Manager with a successful track history in managing FOH in the full service restaurant industry. The individual will have a strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences through individual leadership, as well as being a key contributor on the management team. You will provide the training, coaching and leadership to mainly the FOH staff, as well as work with other managers to ensure a successful overall restaurant operation and an excellent experience for both guests and staff.
