As a Construction Tradesman at Commercial Builders, you will play a crucial role in various projects. We are looking future Foreman and Superintendents who are dedicated and possess a strong work ethic, technical skills, and a passion for the construction industry. You will be responsible for performing a variety of constructions tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Arrive at the jobsite on time and ready to work daily
Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, metal stud framework, drywall hanging, concrete forming/casting, specialties installations, and general labor.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans or be willing to learn to.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of tools and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project goals.
Adhere to safety regulations and protocols at all times
Work hand in hand with other Tradesman, Field Techs, Foremen and Superintendents
Qualifications
Strong work ethic & Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
1 year in the construction industry (Preferred)
