Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Bi-lingual)Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities. Responsibilities include obtaining and updating patient information, verifying insurance eligibility, performing insurance verifications, assisting with patient paperwork, registering patients, auditing records for accuracy, scheduling appointments, facilitating patient access to services, and maintaining superior customer service standards. You will also be responsible for scanning and categorizing medical documents, translating for clinical staff when necessary, and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the waiting area.Hard Skills

Proficient in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Experience with insurance verifications and eligibility checks

Ability to categorize, date, and label patient notes

Proficiency in typing and using office equipment

Soft Skills

Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle stressful situations and irregular hours

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Olathe, Kansas.Work EnvironmentThis role requires prolonged sitting or standing and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds. The work involves frequent exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and other conditions typical of a clinical environment.
