Description We are in search of a Medical Claims Representative to be a part of our team in Olathe, Kansas. This role involves the processing of medical claims and appeals, along with the administration of benefits and billing functions. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a comprehensive understanding of the insurance claims process and collection procedures.Responsibilities: Accurately process medical claims and appeals in a timely manner Administer benefits and billing functions effectively Understand and navigate the insurance claims process Oversee collection processes and procedures Maintain a broad understanding of medical claims procedures Use Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, Epic Clinical, and Epic Software for various tasks Conduct regular monitoring of customer accounts and take necessary actions Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Maintain accurate records of customer credit Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
