Manage Program Management activities at the account and project/team level.

Collaborate and facilitate communication across business functions and accounts to ensure minimal risk, maximum profitability, and efficiency of project deliveries.

Lead program activities including project QA's, account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Support the review and approval of all proposals, statements of work, and estimates for the studio; assume responsibility for project budget tracking and profitability.

Play a hands-on Program Management and Leadership role on strategic client programs and internal studio team activities.

Assess performance and provide career guidance for the team.

Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing clients; engage in regular communications to ensure clear understanding of customer needs and requirements.

Communicate the status of projects to the project team, studio, leadership, and client.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies

Minimum of 7 years in UX Program Management

Minimum of 7 years Digital Agency experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to balance creative thinking with corporate process

Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, including managing stakeholders

Knowledge of and curiosity about technology and its impact on design solutions.

A passion for representing the human perspective in design and skills in bringing this passion to life for the team.

Able to communicate in a clear, consistent, and transparent manner.

Comfortable with ambiguity in a fluid organization.

A natural skill to engage with people at a deep level whether observing or interviewing customers or working with fellow team members and clients.

A high level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Passionate and enthusiastic about excellence and attention to detail.

A self-starter who identifies opportunities and potential problems — addressing them effectively and efficiently.

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian.

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
