ResponsibilitiesProactively contact and respond to prospective students via telephone, email, and SMS with the use of a contact strategy.Assess and qualify prospective student through prequalification or interview to determine if Chamberlain University’s programs meet the academic and professional needs of the prospective student.Assist the applicant through the enrollment process by collaborating with other departments to ensure positive application progression, student satisfaction and success.Ability to establish rapport and build relationships via phone in a high-volume environment.Remain compliant with standards and policies of the University while operating in a student-centric environment.Ability to adjust and adapt quickly to change and implement updates accordingly.Work in a team environment and represent Chamberlain’s culture of care while supporting new student enrollment goals.Exemplify Covista values (Teamwork, Energy, Accountability, Community, Heart) throughout all day-to-day interactions.For those hired at a specific campus, host campus events for prospective students/applicants, attend local community events, and promote the university.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
