The Executive Leader of Corporate IT is responsible for leading a geographically dispersed team of technical associates dedicated to continuously improving the associate technology experience.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the team’s influence and impact. Candidate possesses professional leadership and management skills with outstanding motivational and technology management capabilities.
Exceptional people development and coaching skills.
Proven execution skills. The role-holder will need to be able to prioritize multiple competing time demands, load balance and prevent bottlenecks, drive complex projects and tasks through to completion.
Strong technical background in infrastructure (for example, networking, servers, storage, software defined x, integrated and hyper -converged infrastructures), with knowledge of digital business and cloud technologies and trends and / or Corporate IT experience.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with other cross-functional delivery, support and business leaders on business and Cloud projects or initiatives to align infrastructure with business goals.
Experience working in a matrixed organization
Collaborate on the integration of physical and application architecture through close teamwork with software architects, application developers, and infrastructure operations teams.
Lead initiatives to maintain and operate a 24 / 7X365 high-performance, highly available infrastructure.
Develop team’s predictive capacity and analysis skills to drive continuous improvement in the quality of forecasts and trends.
Optimize resource capacity management to maximize revenue growth and Netsmart’s financial performance. Provide budget input and validation.
Contribute to corporate strategic objectives by optimizing team’s ability to support key initiatives for target roles.
Develop and maintain operational procedures and service level goals meeting or exceeding business cadence and scale requirements with a professional level of work quality.
Deliver innovation initiatives to drive new business revenue and projects.
Drive, direct and ensure on-time and high-quality fulfilment of each relevant deliverables.
Manage performance, drive a high performance, collaborative culture and oversee and manage remuneration across multiple geographies.
Maintain and grow relationships with senior client executives.
Hire, develop and retain top talent. Be sensitive to cultural differences and excel in managing a globally dispersed, remote team.
Create an opportunity for teams to focus on the work necessary to reach company goals, forcing out distractions.
Manage incident, problem and change management procedures and reporting for services as required.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
8+ years’ experience working in a service delivery infrastructure with a full management experience in IT related technology fields or Internal / Corporate IT
Previous Leadership Experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Credibility to represent research methodology and strategies effectively at a senior level
Demonstrates high level of influence, negotiation & facilitation skills
Experience Scaling during hyper growth
Healthcare IT Industry Knowledge
Previous Acquisition Integration Experience is a plus
