Coordinate daily production schedules, workflow, staffing, and job priorities.Lead, train, cross-train, and support production employees.Monitor output, quality, scrap, yield, materials, and inventory levels.Ensure materials, tools, and supplies are available to meet production needs.Address production issues and escalate safety, quality, staffing, or scheduling risks.Enforce work instructions, company policies, safety requirements, PPE, and 5S standards.Maintain accurate production and ERP records and support cycle counts.Partner with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Stockroom teams.Support continuous-improvement and problem-solving activities.Provide the Plant Manager with feedback regarding employee performance, attendance, and development needs.
