Description:The purpose of the Patient Access Specialist (PAS) is to assess patients needs, resolve issues and triage information appropriately. This includes introducing patients to Shared Solutions services, conducting their benefits investigation and coordinating their prescription with their Specialty Pharmacy. The PAS will work to remove patient access barriers and seeking out appropriate resources as needed. In addition to normal processes, this position will be expected to perform the following duties:
Data Entry
Need customer service for overflow help with other teams
Accuracy – creating accounts and cases
Updating information in accounts from Med Billers
