Your role as a full-cycle Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute to the successful growth and evolution of EVERSANA as a complete pharmaceutical services company that brings solutions and support to our clients and patients. As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner for EVERSANA, you will be tasked with full-cycle recruitment to introduce key talent to our growing organization to achieve excellent business results. You will demonstrate success by:Creating and leading effective and collaborative full-cycle recruitment strategies in partnership with people leaders and other key stakeholdersNetworking, sourcing, and screening talent in alignment with organizational hiring goals to ensure key talent is qualified, engaged and interested in our role, culture, and purpose.Growing your talent community aligned to our industry and the business and roles you supportIdentifying, recommending, and implementing business and enterprise marketing strategies to position our culture and purpose to attract key talentUsing data and market insights to inform your recruitment strategies, stakeholder engagement, candidate experience, and hiring performancePlans, organizes, and coordinates various projects, programs and services.Complete required documentation to enable data insights that inform enterprise stakeholder engagement, hiring performance, recruitment strategies, and ROI.All other duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:Lead full-cycle recruitment for your respective business unit while building your business partnerships, relationships, and trust as a hiring partner and expert for your business and people leaders.Schedule and conduct intake meetings with people leaders to identify recruitment strategies and set expectations for the hiring process.Source, engage, screen, and recommend top candidates and applicants for open opportunitiesBuild and nurture talent communities for your respective businesses and the talent profiles for those businesses.Research and leverage market and data insights to grow your network and improve recruitment strategies for your business and EVERSANA.Create strong peer relationships with your team to build common talent communities, contribute to continuous process improvement, and elevate Talent Acquisition as a CoE at EVERSANA.Create clear channels of communication and cadence with your coordination peers to help facilitate a seamless approach in your combined outreach and support to candidates and applicants as part of the hiring process.Ensure proper process and documentation is achieved through your actions and the actions of our hiring process stakeholders.Lead and participate in TA related continuous improvement projects,The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the expectations of the position and shall not be construed as the only expectations that may be assigned for the position.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the expectations listed above.
