Perform recruiting activities for technology positions such as matching candidates to requirements, reviewing resumes, phone screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and reference checks
Screen and interview IT professionals to understand their needs and ensure qualifications meet customer needs
Ensure paperwork for technology candidates is complete and in full compliance with organization policies and government regulations
Maintain a steady pipeline of active candidates within core competencies
Perform specified sales activities upon attainment of basic recruitment functions
Manage growth of new business and maintain existing business by initiating and developing strong relationships with contingent employees, permanently placed candidates and prospects to optimize quality of service and customer satisfaction
Plan and manage personal business portfolio and margins according to agreed targets
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2+ Years of IT Recruiting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma required
4-year business degree is preferred (or the equivalent in related work experience)
At least 2 year of professional US IT Recruiting experience
