Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together.Positions in this function require various nurse licensure and certification based on role and grade level. Licensure includes RN or LPN/LVN, depending on grade level, with current unrestricted licensure in applicable state. LPN/LVN roles work under the direct supervision of an RN or MD. Function is responsible for utilization management which includes Concurrent Review (on-site or telephonic Inpatient Care Management). Performs reviews of current inpatient services. Determines medical appropriateness of inpatient and outpatient services following evaluation of medical guidelines and benefit determination.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function or skill

Performs routine or structured work

Responds to routine or standard requests

Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses

Depends on others for instruction, guidance or direction

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Graduate of an accredited school for Licensed Practical or Vocational Nursing

Current state LPN licensure

BLS/CPR certification

5+ years of experience providing direct patient care in an acute setting

Ability to maintain CEU/CMEs as applicable for licensure

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with patient admissions

Experience performing administrative duties

Experience with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office
