Looking for Medical staff for upcoming healthfair.
Staff may be LVN, MA Phlebotomists, EMT or RN.
Screenings include:
Fingersticks for Cholesterol, Glucose, Blood pressure, Bodyfat, Grip, Peakflow, Waist measurement
and Aerobic step test.
There is no cost to participant.
We provide all paperwork and screening supplies.
Events will take place at retail stores and membership warehouses.
Mileage will be paid after 30 miles RT.
Dates/ Hours:
5/6/19- 11am-4pm
5/8/19-10am-5pm
5/10/19- 12pm-4pm
