ResCare Salina has immediate openings supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings. We currently have two full time positions with the shift of 4 PM - 12 AM Monday - Friday. No experience necessary, we provide full paid training as well as benefits.
In this position, you will support adults with activities of daily living including cooking, cleaning, shopping, taking medications, personal hygiene, transportation. This is a great entry into the health care field and an opportunity to have a positive impact on someone's life!
The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license in good standing, be at least 18 years of age and complete our background screenings.
Current rate of pay is 14.75 per hour. We are offering an incentive of up to $1,000 to the first two candidates that successfully complete 90 days of employment.
