Do you have Construction Experience? Can you manage a crew of employees? Come join Reece Construction Co., Inc. as a job site superintendent. We are an established company that has been building bridges and box culverts in Kansas for 90+ years. We are looking for people who can read plans, have construction experience and can direct a crew to build a concrete structure. Must be able to schedule and plan for project tasks, supervise and train employees, maintain a safe and clean worksite, problem solve as issues arise. Need to have experience with or knowledge of concrete construction. Weekday travel is required but our supervisors are home almost all weekends.
