1. Lawn care
2. Debris removal
3. Roof replacement
4. Securing properties (lock change, boarding windows)
5. Winterization
6. Landscaping
7. Rehab (License required if state requires)
Contractors should have the following:
⢠Truck / trailer
⢠Tools to complete required jobs
⢠Smart phone with access to the internet
⢠INSURANCE: REQUIRED
