Job Description
We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic event staff members to support the magical Fever Candlelight Concert featuring The Four Seasons and Nutcracker performances. This unique concert experience requires staff members who can maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and direct guests to their designated areas
Assist with venue setup and breakdown
Monitor safety protocols, especially regarding candle placement
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event
Support crowd management and seating arrangements
Assist with emergency procedures when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation to venue
Flexibility to work the entire shift duration
Preferred Qualifications
Previous event staff experience
Knowledge of classical music
Experience in customer-facing roles
Basic understanding of event operations
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Capable of moving quickly through the venue
Comfortable working around open flames
Able to work in dim lighting conditions
