We are privileged to partner with a reputable and established franchise group, operating multiple locations with a nationally recognized restaurant brand. We are currently seeking to add to their team, for Restaurant General Managers in the Topeka, KS area. This company offers solid starting salaries, quarterly paid bonus, and other terrific benefits. Compensation: $40,000- $55,000 Base Salary + quarterly bonus potential, 401k with matching funds, cell phone allowance, majority employer paid medical/dental, employer paid life insurance and PTO
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
3-5+ years fast food restaurant experience, 2+ years in Management (GM preferred)
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Proven leadership qualities and track record
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong P&L experience and accountability
ServSafe Certified
