Stauffer Lawn & Landscape, LLC is currently looking for a hardworking, self-motivated, career minded and team oriented individual to fulfill our open irrigation apprentice position. This individual will be trained closely with a landscape industry certified irrigation installer.
Job Description
Perform all irrigation activities including, but not limited to, setting components, excavating and backfilling trenches, repairing breaks and malfunctions, and winterization of systems.
Operate power equipment to perform irrigation services, including but not limited to trenchers, pipe pullers, boring units, plate compactors, line locators, drills, etc.
Use irrigation hand tools including, but not limited to, shovels, spades, pipe cutters, rakes, etc.
Communicate with immediate supervisor about any malfunctioning equipment and all site problems experienced
Analyze property needs and provide recommendations for improvement
Maintain a high level of quality, efficiency and customer service
Desired Skills and Experience
Valid Drivers License
Backflow Certification - willing to obtain
Pass background check.
Self-motivated and a quick learner
