need a hole cut in my floor for dryer vent and washer drain and water lines. plan to move washer dryer from basement to main floor. floor is linoleum over wood. location is just left of cable hole, approximately 5 1/2 inchs x 10 inches, as seen with paper sheet in 3rd pic.
cable hole location in basement can be seen with cable exiting into basement in first pic. there is about 1 ft of distance between the cable hole in basement and central air vent (seen of the left in 2nd pic), so it shouldnt be a problem making it work. just need the hole cut and some sort of frame or insert installed for a clean look. prefer licensed contractor with references available
