We are in immediate need of independent sub-contractors to service properties across the State of Kansas.
Job Overview: We seek a reliable, detail-oriented Property Preservation Contractor to assist us with maintaining and preserving various properties. As a contractor, you will perform multiple tasks to ensure that properties are well-maintained and ready for resale or rental.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and assessments of properties, identifying and documenting any damage or issues that require attention
Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping
Securing properties, including lock changes, board-ups, etc.
Debris Removal
Install and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed
Maintain accurate records of all work completed, materials used, and expenses incurred
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies
Coordinate with other contractors and vendors as necessary to complete work orders
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in property preservation or a related field
Must have your own tools and transportation to complete the repairs, including but not limited to:
o Reliable Pick-up Truck
o Power tools (drills, saws, sanders, etc.)
o Hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
o Lawn care equipment (lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.)
o Painting equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.)
o Plumbing tools (wrenches, pliers, cutters, etc.)
o Electrical tools (wire cutters, strippers, testers, etc.)
o Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
