We are currently looking for 1 "motivated" person to work for our high volume process serving company. This would be great for a retired or semi retired person wanting some part time work.
Process Servers are responsible for serving Summons, Subpoenas, Evictions, Liens, and all other types of legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case.
Current position available:
#1. Process Server- Working throughout the Topeka, KS area
Requirements:
#1. You will be required to be appointed and approved with the Kansas Courts.
#2. You must have dependable transportation with valid verifiable insurance.
#3. Above average communication skills. I'm looking for articulate individuals.
#4. Must look presentable with appropriate attire. Appearance is key here!
#5. Must have a current android or iphone. We log our employees daily contacts with a gps app.
#6. Must be willing to carry E&O Insurance for Process Serving.
#7. Experience Preferred, but no necessary
#8. Must live in Topeka, KS area.
Pay is based upon performance per document served. If you are not a motivated self-starter, you should not apply. We cater to some of the largest law firms in Kansas City. Our process servers should be articulate, and able to think outside the box when it comes to getting the job done.
