I am a newly retired 64 year old guy who needs to renew my driver's license, but I need a car to take the driving test with the examiner. I have been in uniform for the past few years and my state driver's license expired 4 yrs ago so I have to do the driving test to renew my license. I can't rent a car to take the test without a driver's license, but I can't get a license without a car to use for the test. See my problem? So, I need to hire someone to take me to the Topeka driver's license testing station and use the car to take the driving test with the examiner. I can offer $100+(negotiable ) for the service.
