Office Assistant/Customer Service/Data Entry/Social Media

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality customer satisfaction and promote smooth daily operations within the office. Your primary responsibilities will involve scheduling, communication with customers, vendors and technicians, performing accurate data entry and computer-based tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal staff and external customers in person and over the phone, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.

2. Must be people oriented and provide outstanding customer service to our customers and vendors.

3. Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry into Quick Books.

4. Bookkeeping and general accounting

5. Invoicing and Producing Statements

6. Email Correspondence: Manage email correspondence efficiently, respond to routine inquiries and forward important messages to the appropriate personnel.

7. Office Support: Assist team members with administrative tasks as required, providing support in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

1. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

2. Typing and Data Entry Skills: Proficient and accurate typing skills.

3. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

5. Team Player: Ability to work well with others.

6. Time Management: Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.

7. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in a small office environment. Customer service and previous office work is advantageous.

2. Quickbooks and Microsoft Office.
