We are looking for self motivated people to join our team as Remote Customer Service Agents. As an Agent, you provide outstanding service and support. You will have the freedom to set your own working hours and choose up to two fortune 500 companies to service.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via computer and headset to address concerns, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
Document and resolve customer concerns.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
Requirements:
Minimum age of 18 years old.
Pass a 7 year background check
Pass a short assessment (involves voice and grammar)
Work a minimum of 15 hours per week, choose your working hours. Some clients offer overnight hours
Ability to work with up to two Fortune 500 clients simultaneously.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to undergo unpaid training provided by the company.
Minimum Computer Requirements (Once hired, PC Scan will check your devices to ensure compatibility):
Computer with USB port
OPERATING SYSTEM - Windows 10 or higher
No WIFI, Must be wired connection to modem with ethernet cord
Headset (link provided if you do not have one)
UNSUPPORTED ITEMS - Netbooks, Chromebooks, Tablets, Mobile Devices, macOS

PAY RATE VARIES: $10 - $20 per hour. This is a 1099 position.
compensation: $10-20 per hour. Paid 1st and 15th via direct deposit. 1099 position-you pay your own taxes
