Confidentiality & Privacy Project Manager Confidentiality & Privacy is seeking an experienced Manager to contribute to strategic priorities and mitigation of confidentiality and privacy risks across the Deloitte US Firms. This role will primarily serve as a Project Manager in the implementation of various Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance initiatives and may also participate in key strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be expected to be an experienced Project Manager with a history of success, and individual who is interested in AI. He or she will be expected to participate and manage confidentiality and privacy initiatives designed to safeguard confidential information and protect Deloitte's brand and reputation.Recruiting for this role ends on December 30th, 2024.Work you'll do

Lead the AI project governance initiative including, kick-off meetings, requirement gathering workshops, design workshops, cross-functional team meetings, and transition meetings.

Develop, maintain, and coordinate project schedules and deliverables.

Interface directly with stakeholders to gather functional, operational and technical requirements, and translate requirements into project designs and use cases.

Coordinate with leadership and key stakeholders to prioritize and complete phased implementations.

Develop project documentation including clear project scope, regulatory requirements, resource estimates, costs, deliverable dates, training materials and supporting procedures.

Communicate with key stakeholders to confirm all are appropriately informed of project scope, milestones, main points of contact, document repositories, and deadlines.

Create and maintain timelines and milestone tracking and open action/issues lists.

Drive assigned project phases to closure and use good judgment in determining when to escalate issues to leadership.

Conduct ongoing project reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

Compile and distribute project documentation (e.g., reports, meeting minutes, emails, etc.) in a timely manner.

Utilize strategic thinking to support the successful progression and completion of project milestones.

Develop in-depth understanding of the US Firms' businesses and enabling areas to provide quick response and guidance based on potential risks to Deloitte.

Experience and proficiency in MS Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

As a Confidentiality & Privacy project manager, you will help to proactively identify, mitigate, manage, and monitor risks. Qualifications: Required :

BA/BS in Business Administration, Management, Operations or related field or significant project management experience required.

5+ years of related experience, including a minimum of 4 years in project management or project delivery. Prior experience in privacy or legal strongly preferred

Experience with privacy platform software preferred.

Knowledge of AI legislation in the US and abroad and the capability to apply regulatory requirements within an operational context.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Licenses and Certifications

Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification preferred.
