Support end-to-end recruiting and hiring lifecycle operations for Deloitte's federal agency client. This includes: job definition, candidate sourcing, evaluation, selection, management/tracking, interview logistics, selection, and job offer for the direct federal agency positions.

Maintain the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work within time constraints

Utilize organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as with a remote team

Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills

Support onboarding and hiring process to include onboarding paperwork, orientation, benefits administration and other clerical responsibilities as needed

Manage high volume of active candidates within the recruiting lifecycle at any given time, providing high-quality candidate experiences while managing and reporting to client on candidate progress

Maintain data across multiple systems and steps in the process, for high volume of candidates and employees

Develop understanding of position classification as it pertains to establishing job specifications, minimum qualifications, and job-related duties

Handle sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

Notify candidates of selection/rejection after hiring managers have made their determinations

Document and escalate issues within the recruiting lifecycle to team leads and clients as required, to ensure compliance with project performance metrics

Review job eligibility utilizing applicable directives and regulation

Retrieve data from various information sources, both manual and electronic, for use in answering questions, responding to correspondence, and/or preparing reports or briefings

Interview personnel to obtain data needed to verify and/or correct data from previously completed files and residual records.

Submit requests for records of applicants, schedule interviews, and schedule processing dates to enter the facilities

Maintain required forms, records, and files pertaining to enlisted applicants

Support the coordination and execution of in person and virtual events as needed

Provide administrative support to multiple recruiters and managers while maintaining a high attention to detail

Manage high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with candidates and clients

1+ years of professional work experience in human resources, recruiting, administration, customer service, workflow management, or other relevant field

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role

Bachelors degree

Preferred:

Experience with project management, team leadership, client engagement, and relationship building

Experience with Federal or commercial Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR Information Systems (HRIS)

Experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Experience with USA Staffing

Knowledge of recruiting principles, government recruiting and hiring policies, laws, and regulations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
