Contract: Contract to HireAdhere to Bombardier General Work RequirementsPerform final assembly on experimental equipment and tire build-up for flight test designated aircraftModify flight test aircraft components per engineering requirementsAssist in working with production to build or assemble first and any designated aircraft and experimental/production equipmentPerform minor fabrication and modification of production aircraft parts in accordance with developmental and/or engineering specificationsFabricate and modify experimental aircraft parts in accordance with experimental engineering specificationsMaintain records of changes, inspections and control tire history in tire shop and fabrication shopAssist engineering with revising functional test procedures as requiredSet-up fixtures to perform static tests, fatigue tests, pressure tests, bird strikes, and assemble aircraft sections for testing as requiredPrepare aircraft test components and systems for testingPerform nondestructive/destructive testing, including but not limited to, cycle tests and ultimate load testsAssist with aircraft mock-up in accordance with various flight test configurationsMay perform aircraft testing at offsite locations in support of other divisions and customers needsInspect, maintain, and/or repair ground support equipment as requiredAssist with installation of experimental parts on various aircraft as requiredOrder parts and materials required for mock-up, assembly and installations per experimental engineering drawings
