The Split Systems Product Area leader is responsible for leading the Residential Ducted Split Systems segment across the AME region, with full accountability for business performance, product strategy, and cross-functional execution. This role oversees a multi-disciplinary team spanning engineering and product management, driving profitable growth, portfolio optimization, and operational excellence.
