As a Virtual Teller in our Contact Cener, you will have the opportunity to work in a professional environment while having direct contact with our valued customers. As a trusted customer adviser and product expert, you will be able to recommend products and services to provide a better banking experience for our customers.A successful candidate will have:

Essential functions of the role:

Develop trusted relationships with branch customers, partners, and teammates

Recommend products and services to our customers

Complying with bank operational and security procedures

Encourage adoption of ITM services to enhance customer relationships

Interact with customers through video in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance with ITM transactions and addressing inquiries promptly.

Process a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments, utilizing ITM technology.

Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to ITM transactions, escalating complex problems as necessary. 

Monitor and report any suspicious activity or transactions to maintain the security and integrity of ITM transactions. 

Stay up to date on new ITM features and banking products to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. 

Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Two years of customer service experience required

Two years of previous banking experience required

One Year related experience in retail banking and or sales required

Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software
