We are a new restaurant start up in a historic building 45 minutes from Wichita. If need be we provide transportation. Schedule at restaurant is 2:30-10:30 which includes transportation time. Dinner hour is 4:30-9.Thurssday thru Saturday.
We can cover up to 70 people in our updated and cool dining hall and bar. We have a great menu and this restaurant and location has been very successful in the past. We hope to make it great with our developed menu, new dining hall and great new kitchen. We need someone who really knows the process of managing a kitchen, labeling, safety, operations, calling the shots. You will be the boss. We are focused on good steaks, sides and dinners.
