Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Asphalt Laborers to join our team. As an Asphalt Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our paving projects, assisting with various tasks to ensure successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with asphalt paving operations including but not limited to shoveling, raking, and compacting asphalt materials.
- Operate hand tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced crew members.
- Perform general labor tasks to support the paving crew as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Previous experience in asphalt paving or construction preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
