We are looking for a skilled and licensed exterior painter for a project involving painting over existing siding. This project, part of an insurance claim, requires filling and sanding a few patches, painting window trims, and completing work on a two-story building which will require scaffolding. A paint sprayer may be used if applicable.
Scope of Work:
Fill and sand patches on existing siding
Paint exterior siding and window trims
Set up and use scaffolding for a two-story building
Use a paint sprayer where applicable for an even finish
Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in exterior painting
Licensed and insured
Own tools and equipment, including paint sprayer if applicable
Ability to work safely and efficiently at heights using scaffolding
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication skills
