Open Positions:
Crew Lead Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a small crew on daily lawn care/landscaping jobs
Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
Ensure job quality, team efficiency, and safe practices
Drive a truck with trailer to job sites
Requirements:
Experience leading a lawn care or landscaping crew
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Comfortable operating a truck and trailer
CDL is a plus, but not required
Crew Member Responsibilities:
Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-up tasks
Operate equipment under supervision
Follow safety protocols and team instructions
Show up on time, ready to work, and with a good attitude
Requirements:
Some lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (we will train the right person!)
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
