We are actively hiring motivated individuals who want to learn a trade and build a career as a light equipment operator. Operators will primarily work on new construction projects. Candidates must be ready to learn and work, have a valid driver's license, be willing to work with anyone, and be a reliable and dependable employee. Candidates MUST have prior experience operating light machinery such as mini excavators, skid loaders, backhoes, and trenchers. Must also have experience excavating around buried utilities, carefully and per KS Dig Safe guidelines.
