-Work closely with the Property Manager on painting both vacant and non-vacant properties.
-Drywall repairs, painting, sanding, spraying, masking, and clean up.
- Keeping track of daily work order and materials
-Exceptional attention to detail
Required Skills:
- Experience in industrial painting and commercial painting projects
- Proficiency in remodeling and construction site tasks
- Ability to maintain, restore, and enhance various surfaces
- Knowledge of caulking techniques
-Must have a valid and clear driver's license
