SHIFT: Mon - Thur 6:00 AM - 04:30 PM [Lunch: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM) 10-Hour Shifts
Description: This role is specific to the McPherson, KS location.
As a member of the McPherson-based team, you will be responsible for the general assembly of components in accordance with product specifications, engineering drawings, work orders, and quality procedures. You will be cross trained in a variety of tasks, including completing assembly checklists, testing parts, and monitoring stock bins. Your training will also include the use of a variety of hand and pneumatic tools. You will report directly to the Production Supervisor, as well as the Plant Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Possess basic math skills.
Requires a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
What will your typical day look like?
Assembles components according to blueprints, routers, work orders, checklists, and specifications to build, assemble, and test parts and finished goods that meet quality standards in an accurate and timely fashion.
Accurately completes assembly checklists.
Monitors stock bins in work area and reports stock needs to Shop Floor Lead(s).
Ensures a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures.
Adheres to the Client's Code of Conduct.
Other duties as assigned.

The employee will normally work on the production shop floor that does not have controlled temperatures and will vary based on weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes and minimal to moderate noise.
The typical working hours for this role are 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Overtime hours may be available or even required according to business needs and within the parameters of any applicable federal/state laws
