Required
Must be at least 21 years of age required by KS State Law
Part- time - 10-30 hours a week depending on flexibility
Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to pass a background check
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Customer service includes:
-greeting customers upon entry,
-waiting on customers,
Including but not limited to:
-finding items on shelves,
-recommending and selling merchandise to customers, and
-carrying merchandise to cars.
-Operating computerized point of sales system,
-receiving payments & give correct change
-check identification
Perform general cleaning maintenance in the store,
Including but not limited to:
-dusting shelves, displays, etc.;
-sweeping floors;
-removing snow from walkways;
-removing trash from store;
-cleaning store and cooler windows
-cleaning restrooms
May occasionally open and close the store; and, operate alarm system.
Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as apparent or as assigned.
Minimum Requirements/Physical Demands
Basic knowledge of retail sales, money handling & credit cards
Ability to meet and deal with the public on a regular basis.
Demonstrate good verbal communication skills.
Must have the physical strength and endurance to move up to 40-
pound cases of product on a work shift, if assigned.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn different products within the store.
