I am trying to recruit for my job. For a little information my background is in the restaurant industry. I have worked almost every position in the industry from dishwasher to manager. I have always found it really difficult to not overthink about having to do a dead end job forever. In this way this job has truly changed my life. I never thought I could get past that 30,000 threshold. I work way less than I ever have because my work is rewarded directly proportional to the efforts I give. I now get paid weekly, monthly bonuses that start at 1,000 all the way up to 2,000 depending on how well I sell. All this and I never have to get up before 11! I only work 6 hours a day, no one bothers me to try to micromanage how to work, I have a supportive boss, we do fun activities and treat ourselves and the office for the efforts we put in.
If you apply, give it at least two weeks. If you don't make more money or have a better time then quit. If you like the idea of helping protect people, helping new homeowners get a system that is actually affordable then this job is really for you! I personally love the aspect of meeting people and hearing about their moving stories and meeting their pets, seeing what they have done with their new houses or what they plan on doing. This is definitely a talking job, you don't have to be super pushy but you do have to be able to explain your position well. It will really help you if you did any sort of debate or forensics, any sort of public speaking will help a ton.
A couple non negotiables: You do have to have a driver's license, a working vehicle to drive to appointments, and ability to pass a background check.
Working hours are 2:30-8:30pm
Paid training with a bonus on your first sale.
I will pay for a tank of gas if you get to the third week :)
I am not a professional recruiter so ask me anything!
