Job Title: Field Service Technician

Experience & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience administering enterprise environments (e.g., Active Directory, backup systems, networking equipment, and security controls), with some experience mentoring or guiding peers preferred.
Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Associate, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent credentials are strongly preferred.
Hands-on systems administration experience in mixed environments (Windows, macOS, and/or iOS).
Strong background in identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, MFA/SSO).
Working knowledge of security best practices, including vulnerability management, patch management, and endpoint hardening.
Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi, basic routing and switching).
Experience with endpoint and device lifecycle management tools (such as Intune, JAMF, or comparable MDM platforms).
Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Proven ability to manage and protect sensitive, confidential, and regulated information.
