We are looking for a full-time concrete finishers. We offer top wage pay for experienced and knowledgeable finishers!
The successful candidate for this role will have specific responsibilities such as:
+ Clean and prepare construction sites.
+ Leveling, troweling, floating, cutting and finishing concrete.
+ Experience with stamped concrete
+ Fine finish concrete surfaces by performing any number of troweling, floating and brushing activities
+ Operate power tools and equipment utilized in finishing concrete.
+ Ensure that each jobsite is clean of trash, construction materials and any other debris prior at the end of each workday.
+ Experience in concrete finishing is required. Will also provide some training, but must have experience in the industry.
Requirements
+ 3 years of experience in residential/commercial concrete work including setting forms, stamped concrete, finishing, etc.
+ Ability to perform general labor tasks related to concrete construction, i.e. trowel, brush, shovel, sweep, etc.
+ Must be reliable, self-motivated, and listen to instructions
+ Perform necessary tasks in a safe manner
+ Ability to get along with others on a 5 or more-person crew
+ Strong working knowledge of job site safety
+ High standard of integrity and professionalism
+ Drug free at all times
+ Be able to maintain a safe work area
+ Must provide own transportation to and from job site
