What we are looking for: A career-oriented and experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Mt. Carmel Village Apartments, a 168-unit community located in the Sunflower neighborhood of W. Douglas Avenue in Wichita.
PAY: $24-$26/HR DOE PLUS, quarterly bonus potential up to $1,000 per quarter, $100 a week on-call bonus, and a benefits package that is second to none.
SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5PM with on-call rotation of one week, every two weeks

REQUIREMENTS:
This is a hands-on, working supervisor role, so you must be prepared to handle tickets, turns, snow, grounds, etc.
4+ years’ experience in maintenance (with 2+ Years specifically in multi-family housing preferred)
Experience managing/supervising 1+ employees
Clear understanding of multi-family budgets
Extensive knowledge in plumbing, electrical, paint/drywall, carpentry, and appliances
HVAC Certification Required
EPA License Required
CPO Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
