Job Description:
As a Residential Carpenter at Ironside Fine Home Remodeling, you will play a crucial role in executing remodeling projects from start to finish. From demolition to finishing touches, you will work alongside our skilled team to bring our clients' vision to life. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing carpentry work including; framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, siding/window/door installation.
- Demolition and removal of existing structures and materials.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and plans to execute projects accurately.
- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
- Upholding the company's standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential remodeling or similar setting.
- Proficiency in a variety of carpentry techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and follow-through.
- Valid driver's license, transportation (preferably a truck)
- Your own tools (or willingness to purchase required tools for the job)
