We are hiring for Company driver and Owner Operators

What does Karz Transport Offer Company Drivers?
We pay on all miles loaded/empty (42-46 cents a miles depends on driving record/ job history/experience)
Newer model trucks 2015 or newer (we have a few older ones)
Family owned atmosphere (we understand that home time is a must and the best way to recharge your self is to be with your loved ones)
Designate dispatcher to each driver (We plan loads out to the best we can so you know what is coming at you before your unloaded on current load)
Health Insurance after 60 days (company pays 50% and Company Pays for a life insurance policy up to 30K)
Weekly Cash Advance
Home time is weekly and we try to make it weekends for the most part
Days out/days home 7/2 or 14/3 (we do have driver that run their Whole 70 out then come home)
Our company complies with all DOT regulations and all trucks are ELD equipped
Most our driver run 2800+ miles a week on avg and avg pay is 1250.00 a week This really depends on YOU!
Weekly pay with direct deposit (every tuesday)
We have lots of drop and hook in place at our plants to keep you rolling instead of sitting.
Owner Operators
Karz Transport understands that money is the game when owning you own rig.
We have put into place an all mileage pay for you also. This has really made it nice for you to know what you are really going to end up with each week! The following is what we offer you as an independent truck driver working hard to feed your family.
Once again we pay all miles loaded and empty
We offer Texas App Tag/ Fuel Card/ FITA/ liab. insurance deducted weekly)
Weekly pay one week behind( Pay day is Wednesdays for Owner Operators)
NO TRAILER CHARGE
NO REEFER FUEL CHARGED TO O/O
You also get the advantage of our drop and hook at our plants.
You will be designated to one dispatcher to build a relationship with.
We run a regional area which is Texas and two states out in all direction! If you are looking to run out of that area please give me a call and let me put something into place for you.
Our O/O are taking home 3000.00 to 3700.00 a week on avg. after all deduction have been taking out on a 2800-3000+ mile a week with weekly home time.
