Caldwell Transport Company, LLC is an established company sub contracting delivery of delayed luggage from the airport to the passenger. When the Airlines fly, we are working 365 days per year. The Airlines contract with us to pick up luggage at the airport four (4) times per day: 8am, 1pm, 7pm and Midnight.
Our Contractors can choose the days and times they choose to work. Contractors may volunteer to pick up bags (at times negotiated with airlines) at the airport in exchange for first (1st) choice of the routes available. Contractors may choose to be "on call", meaning we simply call "the contractor" when they are busy to see if they are available. Contractors of course may drive for anyone. Perhaps, you are already set up with a food delivery or person delivery service. This is a good way to subsidize that service. Some days we are busy, some days we are not. There are good and bad, however, fortunately there are more good days than bad ones. That is why we are placing this ad.
We are currently seeking to expand our contractor pool. We are especially needing help on Sundays and if you are a night owl, We do have the midnight available. You, of course, can sign up for any availability you want. The key to this is to be available when there are deliveries. The more available you are, the more potential there is. Yes, we do work weekends and every holiday, so those contractors with that availability have priority in availability of routes.
Requirements: A car that gets good gas mileage, a smart phone (so you can see what is there to deliver and gps), a valid drivers license and insurance (state minimum requirements accepted). You need to be able to do what you say you will do, have good temperament, be honest, and treat others as you would want to be treated. Pretty simple.
