What You’ll Do
As our Maintenance Professional, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our property operates at its best. Your key responsibilities will include:
Janitorial Duties
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, storage spaces, and parking lots.
Empty waste receptacles and sweep or shovel as needed to keep the property spotless.
Pool Maintenance
Test and record pool conditions as per State and City regulations.
Clean, adjust, and perform minor repairs to pool equipment.
Maintain water quality by distributing chemicals in prescribed amounts.
Keep the pool deck and furniture clean and inviting.
General Maintenance
Complete work orders efficiently and prioritize tasks.
Maintain equipment according to preventative maintenance schedules.
Be available for emergency repairs after hours when required.
Check the property regularly for safety hazards and promote safety practices at all times.
Additional Duties
Unload delivery trucks and properly store items.
Stock housekeeping supplies and track inventory accurately.
Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures to ensure guest and team safety.
Travel as needed, with mileage reimbursed at the current IRS allowable rate.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: -Experience:At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience. -Skills:A proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. -Flexibility:Willingness to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to the needs of the property. -Reliability:Regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Weekends are required.
