You may have seen or previously come across articles or ads about, certain "hardship" opportunities, coming available or already available, within the Cannabis Industry, and for persons who've been previously incarcerated or who have been subject to other forms or types of harsh injustices or punishments related to Cannabis and Cannabis crimes. This ad is for something similar, my own private version of that.
To accept this contract spot, you must also be fully willing to relocate to our Nation's Capitol City - Washington D.C. ALSOyou cannot already live in D.C. Your room and board for this contract position, is covered, and you are not expected to come up with investment capitol/money, or equipment; I have that part covered. However, you WILL be working under my direct observation and training and tutelage, to both directly assist me as I (WE) found, fund, and further, a LEGALLY-focused and new Cannabis Company and as I teach you to grow Cannabis Indoors. This Independent Contractor position, is for an Indoor Cannabis farmer, to be trained over a period of about two years, before hopefully transitioning into a larger growing facility, to produce for larger contracts.
To start, we will be working out of a single bedroom which we will build-out as a clandestine/secret indoor cannabis gardenand yes, I said "secret." Although Cannabis growth has been legalized in D.C. for adults, there are strict limits and rules which we will 100% follow; there are also thieves, robbers, nasty neighbors, nasty landlords, crooked cops, crooked competitionthere is a lot of work left to do, to get Cannabis and Hemp rightly integrated back into American society, responsibly and effectively. This is a serious and professional position, however, cannabis consumption is welcomed. In fact, it is pretty much a requirement:)
This company (which you will become a significant part of as you are trained to be lead grower) will NOT be about gimmicks and/or scams; it will be focused on producing very high quality craft cannabis. I also have an interest in seed acquisition from landrace regions (you should be interested in travel abroad also) to breed strains of our own - later on down the line.
We will start with a focus on online marketing, and on local "grey" and "gifting," and then evolving into cultivation licensure, and global markets. For the first 1-3 years, you will live and learn and work directly with me, in a nicer one bedroom unit here in the nation's capitol. We will also transition over to a house, but this will likely take a couple years.
Do not just see "cannabis" and "dollar signs" as you read this, and think this is for you. This is a hardship opportunity; and, you must have a real prior or current hardship that you can claim. This part is your responsibility to articulate. Are you a cannabis felon in a jurisdiction that has not come around to legal cannabis, yet? Are you a former addict of harder drugsand cannabis helped you get sober? Are you from a very low income, underserved family? Are you or were you homeless? We're you dishonorably discharged over a Cannabis Offense? Whatever your hardshipyou are responsible for articulating it, and you are responsible for supplying documentation to prove it, if necessary.
This contract does not come without risk. For instance, we have to BOTH produce AND market, together, and in a legally acceptable mannerin order to earn profits. Both of our profits depend on this. When you get to D.C. you will no longer have to pay rent, food and your meals are without cost, and we prepare meals in the grow house, and break bread daily. I have our residence covered and ready to go, and most equipment is purchased already.
I am seeking a trainee that I can teach and work with as an Independent Contractor - a NON Experienced someone who wants to learn - and who wants to be a significant part of a new, LEGAL & ABOVE BOARD CANNABIS COMPANY, for long-term, and who wants to be trained over about two years, as an Indoor Cannabis Farmer (of a Clandestine - Secret in nature urban hidden gardento start out).
For this deal, you will come in as a Caregiver for a partly-disabled person and grower (live-in position). You will literally move in with me, and act as my 'round the clock live-in Caregiver. You MUST actually perform these duties as well; but, don't worryI don't need you to bathe me, feed me, or change my diapers. Instead, to earn your keep and to help me out, you will be expected to keep up with the housecleaning duties (growing herb is literally a lifestyle, and in order to keep a pristine garden, we must keep a pristine and clean home; you will be a full time light caretaker, prep cook, a housecleanerdon't worry I am not expecting someone to bend over backwardsbut, you REALLY do need to be capable of and perform, the housework - I help you once per month with a deep clean job and your job in between is to upkeep), laundry, prep cooking. I AM partially disabled, and this is why I am creating this position instead of trying to do all the work myself.
I have not decided yet if I will bring on just yourself OR if I will include one additional person; I may bring in one additional person for strictly website building and marketing/mediawe will just have to see if it ends up being needed, or if we can do it ourselves until we get a bigger home. This is for a very long term position; you should really want to learn to become a grower and to be involved in an above-board company as opposed to illicit sales. You should be highly motivated and be a cannabis consumer too.
This is for a LEGAL Cannabis Company. It is however also "highly" clandestine - due to the stigmas that still exist - due to potential for robbery, due to corrupt local police and feds, due to drug gangs here and all throughout the U.S., due to nosy neighbors, due to nasty landlords (you should get the picture), and it is in Washington D.C. - National Capitol City. You need to be able to come across as professionalit isn't a perfect world for cannabis consumersat least, not yet. You must be able to conduct yourself responsibly.
Remember, this is also a "hardship" opportunity coming available for someone interested in being lead grower for a Cannabis Company, focused in the Legal Market. You should be 100% willing to RELOCATE to Washington D.C. This will be a 2or3-person operation for the near future at least; I am looking to bring in someone possibly two persons. Your contract is to come in as a live-in caretaker and you will learn to grow very fine, high-quality Cannabis, from me teaching you and us working together over a couple years. I am seeking someone interested in being fully vested and involved in starting a new Cannabis Company. I would like to set a future goal of acquiring a contract for medical cannabis production in Europe, in the future; you should be interested in the industry in Canna-friendly Countries abroad also.
To begin, I foresee Internet sales, and local grey/gifting, while raising capital for a license or the next best step. The contract is fairly simple; if it remains only me and you - we divide profits (AFTER COSTS COVERED) - 35% to me, 35% to you, 30% into the company (yes, the company MUST grow too). If we bring a third person on, we switch to 25%x25%x25%and25%(into the company). You MUST BE HIGHLY MOTIVATED
This ad is NOT for police or criminals. Please, do not waste either of our time. This is for producing very high quality consumer and medical grade cannabis, not what you buy in bulk for resale. With that said - and here is some important information for you - it is not merely plant count that determines harvest weight, it is actually, primarily the power of your lights. We can still produce very well with 6 each, especially with a continuously operating garden, year-round. Remember, this is for growing LEGAL plant counts, and super-high grade, super-high quality cannabis. It is an opportunity to be trained as an Independent Contractor, indoor grower, at LEGAL plant limits, over a duration of time, using the Sea of Green and/or Screen of Green growing methods. You will also be trained in the laws regarding cannabis, and you will be expected to listen and learn, so you can teach someone when we expand.
If you live in D.C. - THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. If you are already an experienced grower - NOT FOR YOU. During off hours, there are Museums, and things to see. Our Supreme Court, Congress, White House all here to see. Profit is what is left after electric, supplies, any new equipment, etc. You must relocate to D.C. where this is legal. This can be a very good opportunity for the right person, as you pay zero rent and you live-in, while being trained; you invest zero money for equipment. You also however, do have the duties of being my personal assist and care-taker, housekeeper, cook (I actually cook and you help me - at least to start). This is a full time and then some deal, you will be expected to be highly interested in helping to found a brand new Cannabis Companyand to become the lead grower after you are formally trained. I will want someone who can take orders, but who is also trust-worthy and can give input and good advisement. You earn profit from each harvest, and we use the Screen of Green Method of Indoor Growing. Please research these grow methods
If this contract is for you, you will have to learn to live without a smartphone; there are NO SMART OR CELL PHONES allowed in the grow home, period (sorry folks)zero tolerance. In the residence, there is also no wifi; and, there is no cellular or smartphones (no pics of the garden[ing] allowed). For Internet access, however, we do have Ethernet cables and adapters so you can get online in home - safely and securely via a cord. There will be a tablet available to use. No screen-flippers are wanted or allowed herethis is not a position for you if you need video games and a phone to flip through endlessly. For the tablet in the home, you must also learn the rules for Internet access at the facility. If you're someone who cannot live without social media day in and day outthis is not for you
I also have a zero-tolerance policy for hard drugs; not allowed in this residence where we live and work. If you are sober and you fall off the wagonI will do my best to support you, but the lead grower must be able to do his or her job, or he or she will be replaced. Beer and wine are indeed allowed, as long as you don't go so heavy that your job duties suffer and/or you are an aggressive drinker or break stuff, get too loud, etc I too have a few beers often; but, no hard booze or liquor are allowed here either. This is zero tolerance too (no boozes or hard liquors).
We must start in an apartment and move to a house within a few yearsmaybe less. Our rent is 0.00$yeah, I said that. I also have the equipment needed to start; you earn from our harvests, and you pay zero rent to live in, while you learn. But, you are learning so you can take on the responsibility of being lead grower for this new canna-biz. Only respond if this is something you really would like to do in life (grow cannabis indoors), full time. We also have to do all our own marketing in legal industry marketplacesit isn't easy starting a business; I have done so successfully.
There are also alot of catches in this deal, it is not a get rich quick scheme. You are going to be working with a partly-disabled grower; I have decided to go forward, as Cannabis is slowly being legalized more and more. I also would like to contribute to a better Cannabis Industry all around, and see both an industry where the average American can access very high quality herb or other forms of ingestible cannabis, and where violent drug gangs are pushed out of the industry for good. There is also risk here; if we don't succeed, we won't make any money period. If we don't make any money, there is nothing to take a percentage fromand so, I seek someone who is responsible, a good listener, trustworthy, hard-working, and dedicated no matter what it takes to succeed.

Although this position is in D.C., I am not a typical DC DEM. I am an Independent, and I originally moved to D.C. to be a whistle-blower; and, now, I see that what the Trump Campaign has been saying about D.C. - that it's an actual urban SWAMP - is actually kinda true. I hate to say it, but I think Trump's team may actually be rightwe need to move our Government Offices out and away from Washington D.C. in order to have better representation of American Values within those agencies. This is one reason why I do not want a DC local and am seeking someone from another part of the country.
You can be male or female, you do need to have a healthy, strong back, and age is not really important. Although a Cannabis Consumer myself - I am religious, I am educated, I eat in daily (we prepare one substantial meal each day, usually have coffee or cappuccino and fruit smoothies in the AMwe don't eat out at all, except perhaps every now and then) - as we reside together and grow together, we also break bread and eat meals together daily. We should have at least somewhat similar palatesotherwise it may get tricky. Part of your duties will be to help with daily food prep; you will see that I have a disability and you will be expected to pick up that extra slack. Again, this is long-term and you won't be paying me rent.
This is why I am bringing on a partner/independent contractor; it's a bit too much for me now, solo. You should be a Cannabis Dedicated Individual who enjoys puffing but isn't lazy. I use medically and recreational, daily. Once we start, smoking indoors must be regulated to manage smellI am very serious about that Clandestine element. DC is full of drama
As I mentioned, I am a religious person; if religion offends you, you probably don't want to live and work with me. You don't have to be any particular faith; I just ask that you don't bash faiths I am open to all faith backgrounds. If every other word you say, is a curse word, I might get irritated; if you could change that, we'd be good You have to also understand the importance of learning from me, of keeping our contract private and between us two only. Remember the cellphone rule before you think about responding. You MUST also have been through a real hardship that you can both articulate and provide supporting documents for - if needed.
I will require two references that I can follow up with, and confirm you are who you say you are. You MUST be from outside of D.C. and be willing to relocate. You absolutely need to be willing to learn from me, and be able to listen to me; also, your role in the residence will be as a light care-taker, as a housekeeper, and as a cook-prep cooker - this is a real role which is part of the deal. We will have the benefit of a nice place to live in. Another important issue you should be ready forwe raise quail (the bird) for eggs, for meat, and for fertilizer (their poop).
